RDA maintains a focused presence in the consumer goods sector, investing in durable products and niche categories with long-term market potential. Our portfolio spans specialty food and beverage, wellness supplements, pet and veterinary, infant and children's products and services, and sustainable household products. We back companies that differentiate through product quality, responsible sourcing, experienced and well-connected management, brand loyalty and/or environmental innovation—such as using aluminum-based packaging over single-use plastics to reduce environmental impact.
RDA actively participates in a broad range of healthcare opportunities, including pediatrics, immunotherapy, medical devices, digital health, and emerging technologies such as robotic-assisted surgical systems.
RDA has a deep and active presence in the industrial sector, investing in businesses that provide essential products and services across both traditional and specialized markets. Our investment history includes natural resource processing, commercial-scale laundry services, and industrial manufacturing. We seek businesses anchored by experienced and well-connected management, strong operational fundamentals, and scalable platforms.Â
RDA maintains a strong presence in the entertainment industry, with a particular emphasis on theater production and digital gaming. In addition to our involvement with a Broadway theater producer, Harbor Entertainment, we have developed expertise in the digital gaming and sports betting spaces, with a focus on geolocation, data integrity, and e-sports operations.
RDA invests in a wide range of real estate projects across the United States, with a flexible approach that includes co-investments, lead roles, and mezzanine financing. We have experience in multifamily housing, commercial office buildings, retail strip centers, mobile home parks, horizontal development, and other residential and mixed-use developments. A highlight of our real estate activity is a major mixed use development in Texas, where we are partnering with a regional sponsor to provide infrastructure for large-scale development of housing, retail, and industrial real estate.
RDA provides initial seed and follow-on growth capital to select asset managers with a strong track record of identifying and executing compelling opportunities. Our investments have covered a range of asset classes and investment styles, including traditional wealth management, real estate, distressed debt, long-short equity, and emerging market equities. One successful example is an India-based manager focused on local small and mid-cap companies.
